HEAVY-DUTY INDUSTRIAL SHREDDERS AND RECYCLING PLANTS

FORNNAX designs and manufactures high-capacity shredding and recycling systems for tyres, MSW/RDF, cables, e-waste and aluminium.

TYRE RECYCLING PLANT

Every tyre recycling facility is unique, depending on the customerโ€™s demands, based on different input materials, such as passenger car tyres, truck tyres, agriculture tyres, and OTR tyres.

TYRE STEEL CLEANING PLANT

The FORNNAX Steel Cleaning Plant has various Internal Processing Stages for steel cleaning that produce high-quality steel.

AFR (SRF / RDF) PLANT

Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials (AFR) plant refer to waste-derived materials like Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) that are pre-processed and used in co-processing by the cement industry and waste-to-energy plants to reduce CO2 emissions and improve waste management.

CABLE RECYCLING PLANT

Scrap wire cables are made from various materials, including flexible wire cables, power cables, copper wire and aluminium cables, household cables, underground cables, and high-voltage cables with V-PE sheaths.

ALUMINIUM RECYCLING PLANT

Scrap aluminium consists of contaminated materials such as aluminium sheets, blanks, window frame profiles, mixed profiles, UBC (used beverage cans), aluminium foils, castings, turnings, and rolled aluminium.

E-WASTE RECYCLING PLANT

Scrap electrical appliances and printed circuit boards contain iron, copper, aluminium, gold, plastics, silver, and other raw materials. It also includes components that contain lead batteries and capacitors.

It was truly insightful to engage with cement manufacturers who showed immense interest in our revolutionary AFR technology. This strong enthusiasm highlights a clear shift in how cement plants approach decarbonization today.

Thermal Substitution Rate (TSR) was once considered a complex challenge; today, achieving peak TSR efficiency is possible with the right AFR infrastructure, which builds the overall foundation for maximum cost savings, reduced carbon footprint, and long-term operational excellence.
