The raw material input for the Fornnax Cable Recycling System is cable consist of aluminium or copper conductors. All cable scrap types are collected from various sources. Fornnax Cable Recycling Plant can process steel or lead armouring on power cables, which can be processed in a cable stripper and further processed at Fornnax Cable Recycling Plant.

COPPER GRANULES

Cable scrap materials shredded with primary and secondary shredders are passed through a granulator, where they are then turned into high-quality copper granules. Recycled Copper granules are further used to make new wires, cables, and fine components for electrical devices. In addition to these uses, it is also used to produce all kinds of alloys, such as brass, bronze, copper, and others.

Recycled aluminium can be used to make the body or frame of an automobile, electrical wiring and many more Aluminium products.

ORGANIC MATERIAL

Plastic fractions obtained through cable recycling can be further used to make footwear, pipe fittings, garden hoses, plumbing parts, automotive parts, and many more.
